By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by the KLWIN platform at klwin.fun, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.

These Terms & Conditions are in effect together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which forms part of the overall agreement between you and klwin.

Should any changes be made to these terms, klwin will notify players via in-platform notifications or their registered email address. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To register and use the klwin platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. KLWIN recommends that you:

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added account protection.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Always log out after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Notify klwin immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

KLWIN will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. However, our security team continuously monitors for suspicious activity and will take immediate action if any is detected.

KLWIN supports a wide range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players, including local bank transfers, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Regarding Deposits:

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 for most payment methods.
• Deposited funds will be credited to your account within 5 to 15 minutes, depending on the payment method used.
• KLWIN does not charge any processing fees on player deposits.
• You may only deposit funds from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.

Regarding Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 10 to 60 minutes for regular members and 10 to 30 minutes for VIP members.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or for amounts exceeding certain limits.
• Funds will only be transferred to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the player's name.

The general terms applicable to all klwin bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who meet all specified requirements.

Players agree to:

Any dispute arising from or related to the use of this platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between the player and klwin.

If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it may be referred to independent arbitration agreed upon by both parties. The arbitration process will be conducted in Bahasa Melayu or English at the player's discretion.

The Bahasa Melayu version of these Terms & Conditions is the official version. In the event of any inconsistency between a translation in another language and the Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
